5/3/24 ⮞ OMG wow people got so busy and we didn't do movie night for two whole weeks! Now we're back with spaghetti and bread and salad and drinks and boy oh boy we get to roll a four-sided die to choose this week because we're all still tied oops. I promise it'll even out eventually.. or like.. not even out, since that's the problem. You know what I mean.

Hey here are the rules! We have a points system so we can make sure everyone gets a turn. The movie night attendee with the highest score chooses the movie for the night and their score is reset to 0. For now we'll keep picking out of a hat/rolling dice or just let whoever wants to choose do so until the scores get a bit less identical.

Thank You For Smoking (2005) was excellent and I am angry that I hadn't seen this movie before. It got so much hype when it came out I completely dismissed it. You might be saying "wow, you're a dumbass" and brother you'd be right. This movie aged like a fine whiskey and is possibly even more biting and accurate than when it originally played. It should be required viewing in every classroom so we can all learn how to talk circles around everyone else and rule the goddamn world. Fuck me man too real 10/10
